Hello all, it is time to announce the current plan for the annual DeLorean Owners Club UK main event!
This year as we have previously discussed the plan is to go to the English Lake District on the weekend of 20th -22nd September 2024.
Details to be finalised but are likely to involve scenic drives, a club dinner, visits to museums and trips out among some of the best scenery the UK has to offer - but until then : save the date!!

Hi all,
Can people let me know if you'd like a spot on the Club Stand at the Really Retro Show near Stafford this year?
The organisers have given us a least 6 spaces, but I need to get back to them asap with names and reg numbers
so that I can book you in and pay for the tickets.
I'll lay on snacks, beverages, and the gazebo as usual, all you need to bring is your car and yourselves.
I've also mentioned this on the Club WhatsApp group and it'll be on the Facebook page & other socials, so hopefully
between them, we can get to as many members as possible to gauge interest.
Ideally I need to know by the end of April, but Mid May will have to be the cut-off for people wanting to come.

We're delighted to announce that exhibitor registration for the Bath Rotary Festival of Motoring 2024 is now open. This year's festival will take place on the 15th - 16th June at Walcot Rugby Ground in Bath. Last year we raised more than £40,000 across the weekend for our charities and provided entertainment for thousands of visitors across the south west and beyond, and we hope this year you can join us.
You can register your vehicle for the festival now, by clicking the button below:
Click here to register your vehicle
https://d2-shy04.eu1.hubspotlinksfree.co...Mf8Fnv4004
Please find the form for cars and bikes towards the bottom of the page.
Each exhibitor will receive entry for two people, as well as a free programme. All proceeds from the festival go to charity, and though there is no entry fee for exhibitors donations are much appreciated.
There is free camping available on Friday and Saturday night next to the site, with toilet and shower facilities. You will also have the opportunity to parade your vehicle around the main arena with our announcer's commentary if you would like, on either or both days. We will not be using paper parade info sheets this year, instead please fill in the details about your vehicle in the description field on the registration form.
We hope to see you at this year's festival, and thank you for your ongoing support. If you are having difficulty signing up or would like any more information before you do, just reply to this email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Many thanks,
Dave Shaw
Exhibitor Coordinator

I trust this email finds you well.
Last year I met with one of your Club members at a car show and whilst chatting he gave me your contact details.
I am writing to inquire as to whether your Club would be interested in attending our car show this year which is being held on the 2nd of June. The show is attended by owners of both British and European historic vehicles with an emphasis on Classic American ones.
There will also be refreshments available as well as auto jumble, traders and live music and children's entertainment.
This will be the Swansea American Auto Club's third annual show which is being held at the Riverside Caravan Park, just off junction 45 of the M4, Ynysforgan Farm, Morriston, Swansea, SA6 6QL. ( Please see attached flier).
The show was very well attended last year by many different car clubs including the American Auto Club UK; the Corvette Club UK; several Ford Clubs as well as Military Vehicles and American Police Vehicles.
If you and your members would be interested in attending or you would like further information, then please contact Gary Morgan (text) whose details are on the attached flier.
Kind Regards

Ive seen so many people in the uk just re-installing their marker lights. On the street etc.
Im so tempted.
Think it looks way better, or is there a way of adding a switch to keep it road legal?
And where would the wires have been cut to keep the indicators only?
Thanks
Or is it ok now that they’re historic vehicles ?
