We have an exciting new event called the KMS Motorshow which will be taking place at Chilli Farm in Dover, Kent on the 10th & 11th August this year. We would love for your club to be involved.

This motor show is like no other seen before, with an excellent range of exhibits from some of the very first cars made, to the newest motorbikes off the line. Our show is about bringing all forms of motorists together regardless of their interests, age or gender. Join thousands of enthusiasts from all over Europe to enjoy live music, motorbike stunt acts, street food, beer tents, camping, club stands, fun fair, trade village, vehicle parades, and much more.

We would like to invite your club to this year’s show and will hopefully see you for years to come at future events. All clubs and exhibitors can arrive from mid-day on Friday 9th August and can stay until Monday 12th August. The show will be open to members of the public from 10am-4pm on Saturday and Sunday, however the show doesn’t end there for you! All exhibitors camping on the Saturday night can enjoy a free drinks voucher, "I’m a petrolhead, get me out of here!’, pub quiz and live music from easy listening, award winning bands.

Club stands are available at a discounted rate from £75 for 10 vehicles which admits 10 drivers and 10 cars as well as admission to the Saturday night entertainment with on-site camping. Hi all, I have just acquired vin 6642 and I am going through the repair items and the bits needed for the UK registration. So far I am doing ok, I have built two kit cars in my time and most of the jobs needed appear well within my skill set. My question is about the fill pieces at the corner of the dashtop, I don't have any or know what they are called or if they can be bought. Piccy included to show which part I mean. Any help very much appreciated.

Hi folks - as per the title really - am on the lookout for a decent secondhand stock exhaust silencer as mine has cracked through in several places on the rear.  I have welded it in the past but my present stripdown has shown that the crack has run again and it is now cracking around the rear rivets too.  Later ones preferable but anything considered!  I'm near Derby but can pay any courier fees or pop to collect if it's reasonably near.

Hi folks,

I am planning to get several parts yellow zinc plated as per original so thought I would send off a job lot 'whilst I'm at it'.

So - does a definitive list exist of all the yellow zinc plate bits on the car?  Many bits I have are badly rusted and I can't tell!

From what I know:

Horn brackets
Lower radiator brackets
Front fascia central support bracket
Fuel filler cap (?)
Rear OEM exhaust mounts *
Water pump brackets inside chassis box section
Trailing arm bolt retaining plates
Main crank pulley
Steering Rack brackets
Anti-roll-bar brackets

(* I Had these powder coated a couple of years ago so won't be doing them. this time)

Does anybody know of any other bits before I send a heap of stuff off?  And any reccomendations as to where to get bits done please?

Hey everyone, my name is Alan Silvestri (yes, it’s my real name, no, I’m not the BTTF music composer) I don’t own a Delorean yet, but it’s my dream car and I’m saving and keeping my eyes open for it.

I’m originally from Italy but I’ve been living in the UK for almost 2 years now, I’m based in Winchester, Hampshire and loving it here

I’m a huge back to the future fanatic and that’s how I came to love the car, that said, I really love it as just a car and not only for its role in the movie.
