Cheers lads. That stunner you mean Malc?
I'm looking at making a custom bracket to bolt under the car to hold the hoverboard at events for photos. I think Terry and Oliver over in the US have something like that which works really well!

Cheers man
You're certainly right there, the D is wide as heck but, Corsa VXRs even look large compared to them
Yup, Tommy is his name! Mikes' was Timmy so it was quite an amusing pair of names

Well, I suppose it's been a while since Tommy went so I'd better put up a quick message!
I sold Tommy to a fellow Delorean owner last month and it couldn't have gone to a better person. He's a huge BTTF fan and has been fascinated with the car since my announcement here. We're still constantly in contact as mates, assisting him where I can. He's over the moon and has had a few personal drives so far, but looking forward to the summer months for car shows etc.
His name is Ollie and I'm sure some of you know him well. There were two reasons I sold Tommy: a) It was still here in the UK and will be seen at shows with a true enthusiast, so I'll still get to see the car and help out. b) My driving satisfaction comes from Japanese performance.
I will never regret owning such a special car, and meeting some awesome people at some events and car shows. It was the single car that on my first drive, brought me to nostalgic tears and gave me the biggest adrenaline rush of my life. I'd like to thank Rich (Rich) for the kind welcome, and for helping me resolve what I thought was a gearbox fault, but was a simple tiny roll pin through the gear lever shaft. I'd like to thank Chris and Claire for the great chats and for the paperwork for my membership etc. There's too many to list and my memory is terrible, but you know who you are guys.
I'll still be coming to D events with Mike Hutchy and a few others, but just thought I'd pop a message up. I'll also still be active on the forums from time to time. 8)

Congrats on your sale Luke and congrats on your purchase Ollie... It's kinda nice to know you sitting in my car 2 years ago has made you make another purchase.
A true legend, enthusiast, fanatic, and a nice guy to boot...
Incidentally Ollie, there's a good job opportunity for a BTTF themed wedding just over the bridge for you next year if you are interested!
I've already decided it's not for me and I'm sure a replica is more appropriate.
Although it's sad you had to part with Tommy Luke....
All the same I'm glad for you both!
Ben

Cheers matey! I'm still looking forward to some of Tommys events in the future though. He's one lucky guy having two Deloreans.
