Couple of questions....
#1
OK, two questions please. I have done it before using instructions supplied on I think the old DML forum but now cant find it, how do I make the front Amber running lights flash?? I know it's simple but cant remember!

2, The A/C fuse (fuse 10) keeps blowing, have not had chance to mesure anything as yet other than disconnecting the A/C compressor (made on difference) , any ideas as to where to start to save me a bit of time?

Thanks Rissy, thats the one, just could not find it! I have a feeling that I have caused the other fault by fiddling about installing LED's perhaps time to start reverse installing!

The marker mod does require the use of a bulb rather than an LED because the connection is effectively reversed.

In the front or the side light?

I've had LED's in the side markers in the past, and they worked, but were very dim, so currently am still running incandescent. I bought so new fancy "powerful" LED's for these, and they just didn't work at all. I'm now wondering if this is the reason why. Although with the side lights on, and the bulb lighting, and then removing to put in an LED, I would have expected the LED to simply work too!?

The link above comtains an explanation of the polarity the bulb "sees" when this mod is present.

I have to admit I did try LED's in my old car in the marker lights and was never happy with them so I went back to normal bulbs.
However the fuse blowing still remains

As an FYI really, this turned out to be a connection that had dropped off the back of the mode switch!
