Go on....!!

Keep it up, cereal for breakfast...... come on you need to get onto porridge.. and thats Quaker oats not anything like those Oats So Simple things..

Chop up a banana on top and away you go.., with a black coffee with no milk or sugar.., did you know Ben the best time to exercise is first thing in the morning if you can, get on that bike first thing..

You are very at ease in front of the camera too!

Christ I could post a Youtube of me prancing around in the office being filmed ny one of my staff... I would feel a knob..
