I realised earlier that I hadnt smoked all day New Years Day, so I thought I'd not smoke today and managed it, so I suppose I have given up smoking although I had no real plans too, or at least no timescale anyway!

I know how hard it can be to quit smoking, I finally packed up (again)
having smoked on and off for 20 years on 4th January 2005 and havent
looked back. I used those nicotine lozenges to help me, plus also I was
fed up of being the only saddo billy no mates outside in the cold puffing
pathetically on a cigarette at work.

You have a few weeks of coughing as your lungs clear, which isnt that
pleasant, but then suddenly that goes, and you get your sense of taste
back, your skin improves.. and then you realise how awful you smelt when
you then smell someone else who's smoking.

I know I know, and us ex smokers are the worst non smokers.... :wink:

Good luck with quitting the cigs tho, it is hard work, but worth it in the end.

I gave up fags before for 7 months then started again on my birthday for no apparent reason....

The strange thing is I rarely smoke when I am at home, or if I am in the office working.
Its certain situations where I have the urge to smoke then it turns into practically chain smoking.

Didnt really notice too much on the weight gain side, mind you I have changed eating drinking habits considerably in the last 2 yrs..

Kelly Marie is a fortunate Ectomorph, while you are probably an Endomorph with some Mesomorph characteristics.

Thats why she can eat whatever she likes and gain zero weight, dfferent body type!

Im as preped as prep can be. went to day at prearranged time,1500, and his computer had broken
so turned round and came back home again :?
Still, I got a legal drive out of it for a few miles, so not a complete waste of time
