Fuse box replacement

the aa use them all the time in there new t5 and vauxhall range also i have hundreds of the high rated fuse holders that i shoen you when i came down last week if anyone needs them for a fuse repalcment on one or two

Does anyone have the special-t-auto fusebox?

It is claimed to be 300% thicker on the contact material.. Although at $119.95 PLUS fuses it definately costs more than the OEM item.

If it was a choice between an OEM one and the Special T one i would go for the special T one, I suppose its not a job you really want to do again.

Claire has one in Flopsy - the snag is you'll never get it to go back down into the clips as original. It's way over-priced for what it is. I bought three 6-way fuseholders for £8 but never used them because I decided on originality over improvement seeing as the car was being sold.

Well thats worth knowing , so its either new clips or stick with a new OEM stock one then.

Unless anyone fancys one of those 'modular' relay and fuse box housings (providing as Nick T says, they dont have a common link across the fuses)and go the whole hog in there, seems like a fair bit of work to do but very future proof.
