		Hi All,
we can set up from 9am on Saturday (we have our own stand), and the event opens
at 11am to the public, so ideally I'd need all display cars on the pitch, plus tents up, etc
 by 11am.

I'm posting passes out today to everybody, so hopefully you'll all get them in the next
 day or so.

Weather forecast is looking promising too...............

I'll do my best. Should be able to manage for that time, but still may have to pitch the tent once there if only arriving in time for 11am or 30 mins before etc. (new tent, and not had practise trying to assemble properly yet, so roll on the Krypton Factor for Sarah and I lol!)

I think rolling. You'll be all ROLLING about in laughter. I may request an additional hand when Sarah storms off in a bad mood upon my criticising comments for her doing it wrong. (and then it'll be most likely proven that it was indeed ME doing it all wrong - such is life)

right boys and girls, I'm back from the shops having been out and got
provisions to keep the troops fed this weekend.

I've got:

Burgers, Sausages, hot dogs, rolls (assorted), salad, BBQ's, water,
Monster Munch , bbq chicken drumsticks eggs, cheese slices,
uht milk, and Rich Has been and bought pop and snacks/biscuits.

If you can think of you want to eat, then you'll have to bring it yourself
as I aint going shopping again tonight! lol

I've got beers for myself and Phill, but you'll have to supply your own
alcoholic refreshments, as my pennies wont stretch that far.

Safe journey everyone, and see you in the morning

Super dooper!!! Claire....YOU ARE A STAR!!!

Sarah is bringing two boxes of wine, myself, the remainder of a bottle of whiskey, sandwiches and crisps. Depending on time and extent of DMC remaining space, I could pop into the Uttoxeter Tesco and pick up more stuff if we need it....?

all I can think of that could be useful are some plastic cutlery (I've run out), and some plastic 'glasses'. I'll bring plenty of mugs for tea/coffee.

I think its quite a big Tesco in Uttoxeter (its just down the road from the
racecourse), so they should have all that sort of stuff, as our big Tesco in
 Ilkeston does.

Cheers matey, and if you need a hand with that Whisky tomorrow....

I've got hold of an inverter and a small kettle... just in case tea is required. My pot noodles will no doubt require it!

can I just thank everyone who came to the Retro Metal event at Uttoxeter Racecourse
this weekend, and I hope you had a good time, despite the rain at lunchtime today.

We're all unpacked, and now chilling with a beer
I'll upload pics later to the DOC-UK's Facebook page, and I'll try and put a few pics on
here too
Thanks again everyone, we had a blast
