		Ah ok, yer I know the connection. It does work when I put it directly to a battery, but I suppose that's not the same as having a fuse there is it!

If it's plugged in correctly then yes, As Rich wrote there should be push fit connectors near the fans so you could simply disconnect them then plug back in to see which is working (keeping hands/fingers clear!!!!!)  Not sure how far you are from MartinG but might be worth taking up his very kind offer to look over it with you?
