I Can chime in here.. The rad is hot at the top and bottom, and the rear hoses are hot, certainly she should have her fans kicking in at the right temp.

Restoration time? It'll be a while. Despite the obvious cosmetics (painted red, etc) the car has also sat unused in a barn for 25 odd years - so all fuel system, etc is likely to be dissolved!

We've never used RORO - as Nick says, a sealed 20ft container is normally best....that way the car is only exposed to theiving mitts whilst it's sitting at the port - not throughout the entire journey... |

The VAT on the UK side will be for the cost of the car (i.e. the $9000 you paid) plus the cost of the shipping bill.
