that he recently bought 00945.

I own 944.

I've been sort of looking for that car for ages and now it come out of the blue owned by the man himself, John Hervey.

he's got it for keeps and is apparently in decent knick, which is good. It's also an island twin turbo, which is better. :lol:

No it is not you. I like to see very early cars Because of the history as everyone knows most of the early cars went on the first shipment.
I like to see them in there original condition as the day they went on the boat which brings back very good memories for me.

I'll be keeping my eye open for 943 Smile


not sure if these were on the first shipment. how large was it about 400 cars?

not all of the 500 series went and mine's (around) the 444th made

was mine right at the fag end of the first shipment, do you think, or at the beginning ot the second?

well my vin is 3484 and correct me if im wrong but traceys car is 6484 so does that mean they are 3000 apart Smile TT

The first went to the west coast, and the second went to the east coast a few weeks later.
