would be worth checking for power to the switch at the pedal if the fuse is OK as this sometimes fails as well.

I recommend LED fuses, they light up when they blow (as long as there is some load on the circuit), so it's easy to see what to replace looking at the fusebox. John Hervey does a full set for the DMC-12.
