This looks like a lot of money (70k) for a car with a cracked dash and smooth seats

I think that the auction result at the NEC for the non-runner raised a lot of eyebrows (as well as potentially owner expectations for their own vehicles value by comparison to that of the NEC car). I guess only time will tell whether people are buying at such values or not. Time will determine the new price point (if there is indeed a new one rather than just an expected gradual incline/decline over time)

That's very expensive considering Chris Nicholson was selling one for £10k less!
It sold very quickly!

yup here we go again with his BS, luckily I don't think anyone is planning to buy it plus he'll likely scam anyone who is silly enough to attempt buying it

I've reported the listing to Ebay as a counterfeit item citing the court case he lost against DMCH.

I had a go in one a couple of weeks ago at Drive Dad's Car in Ambergate.

Good fun actually, notably you can't straddle the potholes (obviously) and there's quite an unusual driving position,  but it wasn't unpleasant!  Big Grin

Grey interior ...sun damaged. Flat bonnets are quite common, as they ran out of groved ones fairly early on. A lot of work needed to get it up to a smart standard.

This is the car that used to be available for self drive hire through webbs of waybridge. https://www.webbsofweybridge.co.uk/
Interesting that it's had the A/C compressor replaced but no drive belt to it?
