Ok all,

having a bit of a much needed clear out, and I found a box of various
toy cars, Matchbox, Corgi, etc - all pretty battered, lots with bits missing,
thought about chucking them, but then decided to try em on ebay.

Tonight, the last of 54 items sold, and they raised a grand total of £211.97!

Definately worth doing me thinks!! Big Grin

Amazing ain't it Claire? And if you'd have put something on there actually worth lots to you that you would expect to do well, chances are you may have came out dissappointed!

It's best left for the trash is Ebay, and keep the stuff you treasure to save being offered pennies and the victim of insults.

Well done on that lot though! Smile

true Ben - I had a sort through and kept stuff that I wanted to keep,
but the rest of it got put on the 'bay. I'm amazed how much some of it
went for considering the condition of the items.

As a friend at work says - "a fool and his money are easily parted" ....
how true is that sometimes?
