Hi folks, does anyone have any suggestions on this topic? My fan blower motor keeps cutting out when on 3rd or 4th speeds after say 10 mins or so. After a few mins back on Level 2, going back up to 3 or 4 works again. I assume there's a thermal trip of some kind? - and has anyone had a similar experience at all? And any ideas why a thermal trip would keep popping, surely it should only get too hot to run under unusual circumstances...
Cheers all,
Rich

Probably the circuit breakers (next to the fuse/relay box) they often fail like that when hot.

The problem isn't the breaker itself but the connectors on it getting old and resistive. This causes them to build up heat which in turn trips the breaker even through the breaker itself isn't getting hot. You can re-crimp the spades and clean things up to carry on using the one you have, or replace with an eyelet type.
