Thanks very much for sending out the reminder Claire!

Yep, we're all good to go - I spoke to them yesterday and they need the final balance paying by us 2 weeks before the event - so that's actually this Saturday!

So if I could ask that we get final numbers for the Morgan trip especially by FRIDAY 25TH AUGUST then we can pay up in good time.

Obviously anyone not able to.make the Saturday trip is more than welcome to pop along for other parts of the weekend.

Thanks to all for your support, time to get cleaning and fettling now!!

On Saturday afternoon after the Morgan trip, we are arranging a scenic drive around the Malverns with an afternoon tea stop, so if numbers for the factory tour are exceeded you can still join us for that too.
I can confirm that me and the son are still attending with 04890 for the Saturday.
Just to fully confirm if unsure, both Leanne and I are attending for the whole lot (except for the later evening arrival on the Friday evening - about 8pm ish i suspect)

Food intolerances (for me) are white onion. Dislikes (if that counts), mushrooms. Everything else gets gobbled up (in the politest manner possible of course).
Im still booked in for the whole weekend, just me coming now and very much 50/50 on 5222 coming but still hopeful
Hello Claire / Rich

Emailed but also posting here. I think I may have forgotten to let you know, but I booked the premier inn back in April I will be in attendance.

I will be attending with a plus one for the whole weekend.

Will be there late evening Friday. Sadly no Delorean (out of three!!!) on the road right now but will be in a grey car. Ha!

Best,
Hubert
I confirm that me and a +1 will be coming for the Saturday event in #1867.
Unfortunately despite my previous confirmation that we would be attending, my latest work contract requires me to be abroad that weekend.
Luckily i had a flex booking at the premier inn, so a room has just become available.
Hopefully we will make the next event. (may even have #2307 will be back running by then)

Have a great weekend

Darren and Joanne

Will report back shortly. still recovering from a long drive and ferry ride back from France on Tuesday.

Hiya,

you let me know your name please?

Okay, that's it, the bill has been paid and we're all booked!
Dietary requirements (intolerances and vegetarian) have been
noted and Morgan look forward to seeing us at 11am next Saturday!

Can I just say a huge thank you to Richard Hanlon for all his help in organising
this event, and also holding the fort whilst I was away in France on holiday.
Not at all, in fact a pleasure to do my bit.

I'd like to thank Brian Morgan too for coming up with a Saturday afternoon scenic driving route for us all too.
Dam it, just found out I can make Saturday. Any chance of coming to the evening dinner?
Great to have you along! You're still able to come along to everything apart from the Morgan factory tour and buffet lunch. We haven't necessarily arranged for a table for 40 at the restaurant for Saturday evening but I would assume we will be having various tables at the restaurant associated with the Premier Inn - feel free to meet us there. Also we will be leaving Morgan after lunch for a scenic local drive and coffee stop so feel free to join everybody on that, too. From what I remember Morgan has an accessible general car park on Pickersleigh Road.
Went to get the car fuelled up ready for Friday, last night. Lots of excited individuals in attendance at the forecourt, so much so that one guy even drove off gawping at the car as I filled it up, not realising that not only was his own fuel filler flap left open; his filler cap was also still hanging by its plastic umbilical, bouncing off his bodywork as he drove off! Big Grin
Couldn't point at it in time to tell him unfortunately, so if you read in the news paper about a car blowing up in Rugby last night....well; .....that would be my fault. Big Grin
