You could try these guys.

I replaced my D's chains and all the guides and tensioners when I did the headgaskets. It must be over 10 years ago but I think I got the bits from the above supplier Brookhouse Volvo Parts. If my memory serves me correctly Volvo timing chains are not marked with timing marks you have to transfer them over from the original chains with paint or tip-ex. Renault chains are marked I beleave.

Hi Nick, thanks for your reply ... replacing just the Tensioners as I getting (what I think is chain slap) a constant ticking noise. Is it a big Job ? .. many thanks

its a bit labour intensive, as you've got to take of the fascia, back board, lights, etc and you'll probably want to do some other jobs 'while your in there' or spot other things that might need attention.
