35 years ago today the first DeLorean car rolled off the production line

And I was 11.
I always thought it was the late, flat bonnets that had the "delorean" badge.

This one is just a sticker, not the badge we all know on later models

And it IS a grooved gas flap bonnet.

It must must have been a rush job, the outer door seals appear to be missing!
