Too much really.
It is thought to be around $80,000+ but I am guessing (praying) resale to be pretty strong.

I have to say, that although it is a stunning design, the idea of falcon wing doors on the rear seems odd. What do they provide over a set of powered sliding doors?
They claim that it can be opened in a tighter space than minivan sliding doors - possibly so, but at some point the gap between two cars becomes so small that a person can't fit between them anyway, so what's the point in that claim.
And while it may be great in sunny California, having the roof open to the elements in not-so-sunny Britain while you strap in that child would seem to be problematic

True enough, he didn't really need to add the falcon wings but I don't experience any issues with the weather in the DeLorean.
He would have been better off with normal doors, a lower cost and still have the crazy performance - that would have gone down better with people.
I guess it has the wow factor but at the same time it's a bit "look at me".
Personally I am getting one for the performance, the space and going EV.
I had a Tesla S P85D which was crazy fast, smooth and quiet. When I got back into my Q7 it felt like a steam ship.
IC has it's uses and will almost certainly be here to stay for many vehicles but it really does feel old after driving a decent EV.
Just my 2 cents worth

But generally the D is a fair weather car, whereas the X would be a daily driver for most people. The website makes a big deal about how easy it is to strap in kids to the rear seats without hitting your head, which was never an issue in the minivans I owned, but never mind. What did take time was getting the offspring actually in place and strapped in, (which takes a lot longer than just jumping in the drivers seat).
And then pushing the button to close the door, and getting in the drivers seat.
And then getting out and fixing whatever it was that was stopping the door from closing. In the rain.
Not an issue in Cali, though, of course
(in reality, I don't want falcon/gull/budgie wings to become commonplace. After the Stainless, it's all we have )

Think of it as the DMC-24 that never got built. Falcon wing doors....marketing dept. "we better not call them gull wings or we will be associated with DMC "
Not sure about the shape and why only rear gull-wing doors? Go the full monty and have front gull wing doors as well.
Of course what ever they do there is only two specs to have silver with grey or black leather

More like DMC-142 if its going by the original price that the DMC was going to be  Crazy money for the top spec but 0-60 in 3.2, that's just plain silly lol.
