EIG 1288 has a New MOT after a very slow recommissioning since I bought the car in August 2010. The last MOT expired in December 2008!
Lots of work has been done and a few left to do such as powder coating the wheels and a good clean! Good to finally get her doing some test miles and improvements can now be done if and when they need.

First Classic car show tomorrow, all very exciting.

Lovely pictures Stuart…..is that your family garage?

I haven't had the luxury of a lift for some time...

Great pics, but it got me thinking.
How many of you guys have more than one DeLorean, and who in the world has the biggest collection. I know that guy in the States has made Limo's and Monster trucks etc out of many damaged cars, but actual originals??
Anyone know?
Are you going to get a rear plate that fits the bezel? Tongue

That's a very odd thing to point out

Anyway, had a great time at a local car show and it was great to drive a DeLorean again after a 3 year break Shock

Such an obvious appearance item..... go on, you know you want to....
Looks fine to me... Big Grin trust me it's not on my list of priorities I'd rather get the faded rear lens to match the other and focus on getting the car into a reliable state Tongue

If it bugs you this much, get one made and send it to me as an early Christmas present

Hey Stu!

Hope all is well mate. It's been a while since we saw each other.
I think the last time was about 3 or so years ago at my place when you had that 1/43 model from me Smile

Before that it was the Gnoll back in 2006!!
Where you were gracious enough to allow both my wife and daughter to have a sit in your D
