I do agree the price is very north of where it should be given the issues others and I have pointed out. But if he can get a buyer at that price then good luck to him, it can only be a good thing for the value of our cars to see sale prices on the up.
There's a lot to be said for being able to actually test drive the car before you buy, particularly at that price.
fwiw, I bought my car at 35k miles. PO bought it 10 years earlier with 32k and hardly drove it.
I do think, however, that it is much more likely that an angle drive failure repair will be put off much more these days with access to smart phone GPS speedos. Conversely a repair is seen as being much easier/cheaper with all these new-fangled forums to hold your hand.
Just as a point of interest (particularly for DeLoreans) as part of another raft of new MOT requirements a car now has to have a working speedo.

For sure! I would much rather have a car that has been driven and all the essentials replaced. These low mileage cars will have all the original parts which will likely fail shortly after it being driven properly again. I've no idea why they're worth far more unless they're going to be used as a static display in your living room.
