Hi there

Wow, what a great car. I know from restoring mine the costs involved. Almost everything is done to it that anyone could ever wish for. That price is very fair too (considering the money that has been spent on it). Hope you manage to sell it quickly, cus for that money you should be inundated with offers.

Lovely D.

Thats got to be worth a fortune alone
Good luck with the sale I'm sure it wont hang around for long.

Chris
Thanks guys, I know I could sit on the car for 6 months and get £24k but it needs to go at the end of may so I've priced it accordingly, hopefully someone else can get a chance to own it and enjoy it.
you have a PM sir! Smile
If you'd like some more info and photos of the car, please do get in touch. I bought and rescued it from France in 2006, then restored it to the point of MOT. The first 7 photos in Al's link are of the car at my workshop. Here's one from the morning after I dragged it back to Blighty.

KC - I've posted this on our DOC-UK Facebook and Twitter pages to get it to a wider audience for you.
Thanks Martin, it does have a different history to most deloreans!

And thanks Claire.

I've had a few very interested people. I'll update if they progress to deposit/purchase

Thanks

KC
Deposit taken,

Provisionally sold - pending collection in may.

thanks for looking everyone, will update when anything changes and let the buyer reveal themself!
wow, that didnt take long!! Is the car staying in the UK or going abroad?
I'll let the buyer reveal himself and tell you all the details, however it's leaving the country but still in british hands.
Congratulation, it was fast!
too fast!

Sad
Is it going to Northern Ireland?
its me! Big Grin

firstly, a massive thanks to kevin

having wanted one for so long, it still hasn't quite sunk in yet.(and probably wont until i come over to fetch it)
and to end up with one as nice as this is really quite amazing

wheres it off to?
its coming to Germany.
where bizarrely enough, despite the few Deloreans there are over here it will be the 2nd Delorean in the same town!

fear not though, in-spite of it leaving the uk, it will be in the hands of a DOC uk member!

anyone know where i might get a set of EU headlights? i saw theres a guy selling some on ebay.de but i dont know what they're like
