Hi All,

I purchased a stainless beauty last month that has been sitting outside since (89) along with all the restoration that needs to be done.
I also need to replace springs, is it a good idea to install lowering springs by 2 inches and how would this effect the car?
Thanks for any info.
Speak to Martin G.
Got his front springs on my car and there great. Big Grin
You should definitely fit the lower springs if you can*

Not only do they improve the appearance of the car, but in my experience, they make driving it a lot easier too.

*some very early cars absolutely refuse to be lowered without problems due to differences in the chassis. John Chapelhow's springs to mind
Delorean.eu also sell them, though they are I understand more expensive. However they are a good worth while adddition to any DeLorean whosever you fit!

Clever.... I see what you did there...

For the record I no longer make springs. Cost, vat and shipping all combined to make them no longer viable to sell to the US which is my main market.

The springs Martyn has came off another car in the UK which was lowered too much by them. There's a lot of variability and it's easy for a vendor to get stung.
