certainly is a minter, and I dont recall ever seeing a LHD go for that much money,
no matter what the mileage.
I remember when the 111 miler was up for sale a few years back, and could have
been purchased for less then £17k ........
I guess the theory is correct - good ones go for £20k+ if you're willing to wait.. and so on, but not matter how mint, I couldn't part with nearly £30k for that. I could get a "new" one for around that money and it'd be the same (loose argument, no need to explain to me why I shouldn't!
)
It'll eventually move one way or another.
agreed Dan, that car is also more money then 'Dusty' was, and she only
had 4 miles on the clock (or summat daft like that), when she was bought.
Also, wasnt Dusty an uber rare original RHD?
Yeah I think so Claire - when Chris found her she didn't even have her windscreen wipers fitted yet - a real rare find. I believe she has a few thousand miles under her belt now (nice to know she's in use!).
I'm a firm believer in the £15k car personally. Enough to get a goodun, and enough to know there is money to be spent to make whatever it is "my own", so to speak.
