We saw this car at the Irish event last year, a nice example with some history.

I'm not a painted DeLorean fan, but that is one stunning paint job! :o
Had this Email earlier in the year, so was aware of it's forthcoming sale. However as it's now advertised I may as well out it on hear!

Dear Chris,
Thank you for your email and for your interest in my car. I think the info may all be to early for the Club's mag but if it is ok, Jamie Knight suggests saying the following:

1981 DeLorean Coupe, the property of Miranda Guinness Countess of Iveagh. To be offered for sale at the Bonhams Goodwood Festival of Speed auction on Friday 2nd July 2016. For further information and auction estimate, please contact Jamie Knight on +44 (0)20 7447 7440 or jamesknight@bonhams.com

This brings all best wishes and thank you,
Yours ever,
Miranda

Bearing in mind where and by who it's being sold me thinks it could be silly money....but you never know. Dont mind the colour myself!
Chris
I thought I read 20k-30k GBP

It's also the car from Motor Makers in Ireland

Club details were passed on by the seller and auctioneer.
Chris
that doesnt sound much for a car with that provenance and low mileage.

Lets hope we see it back on here soon Smile
I know, i paid more for LEX.

Maybe painted D's are just not as attractive as their unpainted counterparts. I know i wouldn't want a painted one.
Having an unpainted car is extra special as no other car is paintless (generally speaking of course, before people start correcting me lol!)

Or maybe i just paid over the odds for LEX.
