It says it's in Dyfed - any ideas whose it is? There was a mystery one in Wales a while ago, perhaps its that one which has resurfaced...
is it right or left hand?.

Doesn't say - and you can't tell from the photo, so I assume its LHD. Surely if it was RHD they would mention it...
