Further to my email below, it would be great if you and your club could take part in this year’s free, family-fun community festival, the One Borough Festival. This event is important to our residents as cost of living is still rising and coming to a free festival brings the community together and classic cars on site is something they all love to see.

I know last year was difficult as a few decided to leave on their own accord causing a safety issue as there were still so many residents on site, however, to eradicate this issue, we will be placing classic cars near an exit and will be managing an easier route, clear of residents, for you to leave at 4pm. We can also help with ULEZ charges, if required.

If you would like to showcase your classic car and club at this event, please complete the attached form.

We hope you can join us to put on a great show for our residents.
Thank you
Dear all,

It’s engines go as we can finally announce that the One Borough Festival will be the big event for the council this year and takes place on Saturday 27 July between 12pm to 7pm. This one-day festival will include live music, dance performances, family shows, classic cars, and more. You will still see flavours of our popular past Summer of festivals’ events such as the Roundhouse Music Festival and the Steam & Cider Fair. This family fun festival looks to bring around 7,000 festival goers, so it is a great way for you to reach out to a wider audience and showcase your classic car and clubs.

Please find attached vehicle application form to showcase your vehicle at this year’s One Borough Festival on Saturday 27 July at Valence Park. If you are interested in attending, please complete and return by Friday 12 July. Please see note around ULEZ charges in the application form.

We would be grateful if you could share this with other enthusiasts, colleagues, websites, magazines, clubs, and friends so we can make this bigger than before!

Dear all,

Hope you are well and safe.

Due to HM the Queen’s passing last year, we had to cancel the Steam & Cider Fair 2022, which was a huge shame as it was returning after two years, and we would have had a great turnout of classic vehicles. Undeterred, we want you to join us with your classic vehicle at this year’s One Borough Festival in Valence Park on Sunday 7 May. The One Borough Festival will be taking the best bits from our most popular festivals including the Steam and Cider Fair as well as the Roundhouse Music Festival to bring an exciting free family fun day, which is part of the Coronation weekend. We want the classic vehicle display to steal the limelight to show our residents the amazing vehicles we have. This year we want it to be bigger and better than ever before!

The car show is a great way to promote your club as the event attracts around 8,000 people with many car enthusiasts.

Good afternoon Dave,

I've been appointed the position of guest vehicle curator at the Classic Car Boot Sale – Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd April 2017. This event, along with many others, is the brainchild of Wayne Hemingway MBE. In 2010 I worked alongside Wayne and his team, in a similar role, at the hugely successful festival Vintage at Goodwood. The well established Classic Car Boot Sale has outgrown the space on London’s South Bank. Therefore, for the third year, it’s stretching its wings at the ample space in and surrounding Lewis Cubitt Square at King's Cross.

The term Car Boot Sale is an umbrella title for what is a family-friendly celebration of all things vintage, collectible and up-cycled. Vintage Festival DJs play a vinyl-only selection of 40s-80s tunes and aside from perusing the stalls, there are plenty of opportunities to dine, drink and dance. Once again the festival will be linked with BOB (Best of Britannia) – another well established event that showcases the best of British manufacturing and products.

I’m very much hoping you can assist by suggesting DeLorean Club Members who could attend with their vehicles, so they can be amongst the attractions for tens of thousands of appreciative design conscious people. For those attending in a display capacity the entry fee is waved and of course you can promote your club.

Please do take a look at the link below and either way reply showing your interest or not. Or if you’d prefer to chat on the phone, do let me have a contact number and a suitable time to call.

I do hope you can give it some serious consideration.

Best regards

Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th April 2016; a date for your diary and hopefully a chance for you and your DeLorean club members to display their pride and joys.

I've recently been appointed the position of guest vehicle curator at the Classic Car Boot Sale. Therefore, for the second year, it’s stretching its wings at the ample space in and surrounding Lewis Cubitt Square at King's Cross.
I’m also looking to encourage vehicles and owners from the My Cool… book series (to which I’m the author) to get together at this fantastic event. It has all the hallmarks of being a great day out with some fantastic vehicular eye candy.

Can it really be that time again...? Well, yes it is!!!

The Walton Bridge Breakfast Club is rumbling into town again and it needs YOU to make it as exciting and as interesting as it has always been so far!

Each meet just keeps getting better (even with the rain...) so please do come along and get involved with your car or just come along and have a peek to see what the WBBC is all about! Without you lot this meet would be nothing so thanks a whole bundle, you make this meet what it is and I really cannot ask for more than that (I mean that sincerely, I really do)...

Anyhow, enough of all that poppy-cock!

Walton Bridge Breakfast Club is back YET AGAIN and I want ALL (and I do mean all) you wonderful people to come down in your equally wonderful old/unique/special motors...! You really do need to come along if you're into old/classic/retro/exotic/unique/rusty vehicles...

Come along to the peaceful riverside in Walton-on-Thames for some good old fried grub (Nothing but the best in fried fayre is served here folks), a mug of hot coffee and a chance to have a look at a superb and varied selection of wonderful classic and exotic vehicles of all types...

This is just a little, local meet so all makes and types of classic and exotic vehicle are more than welcome to attend and that is what I encourage... Variation is the key here so please don't be shy (don't ever underestimate what you've got)! Cars, trucks, tractors, buses, motorbikes and boats (we are right by the river!!!) are all welcome if that's what you've got!!!

Please be aware that although the car park is pretty large other members of the public will be using it also so it is all based on a first come, first gets a space rule... This is why I've started the meet from 08:00hrs...!!!

Please drive carefully and responsibly in the car park as other people will be carelessly wandering around in there...!!! Safety is paramount so caution is the key... Keep your eyes peeled for people on foot as they won't keep their eyes peeled for you...!!! I cannot stress the importance of being sensible in the car park enough...

Bring your vehicle, bring your family, bring your friends (bring people waiting at the bus-stop if you want to!) and don't forget to bring a camera (or your watercolours!!!)...

So, please do spread the word far and wide and let everyone (and I mean everyone!) know about this meet as I want this to be another ruddy good one... The Walton Bridge Breakfast Club is here and it's here for people just like you!

See you there (I hope!)...

Well hello there folks...

This meet is all I could have ever hoped for and it continues to grow at an alarming (in a ruddy good way!) rate so please note the new, slightly earlier start time!

Each meet just kept getting better (and better, and better etc...) so please do come along and get involved with your car or just come along and have a peek to see what the WBBC is all about! Without you lot this meet would be nothing so thanks a million, you make this meet what it is and I really cannot ask for more than that...

Anyhow, let's get to the nitty-gritty!

Walton Bridge Breakfast Club is back YET AGAIN and I want ALL (and I do mean all) you wonderful people to come down in your equally wonderful old motors...! You really do need to come along if you're into old/classic/retro/exotic/unique/rusty vehicles...

Come along to the glorious riverside in Walton-on-Thames for some good old fried grub (No zero-fat gravel here I'm afraid!), a mug of hot coffee and a chance to have a look at a superb and varied selection of wonderful classic and exotic vehicles of all denominations...

This is just a little, local meet so all makes and types of classic and exotic vehicle are more than welcome to attend and that is what I encourage... Variation is the key here so please don't be shy (don't underestimate what you've got)! Cars, trucks, tractors, buses, motorbikes and planes (or maybe not planes!!!) are all welcome if that's what you've got!!!

Please be aware that although the car park is pretty large other members of the public will be using it also so it is all based on a first come, first gets a space rule... This is why I've started the meet an hour earlier this time!!!

Bring your vehicle, bring your family, bring your friends (bring people waiting at the bus-stop if you want to!) and don't forget to bring a camera (or Super8!!!)...

So, please do spread the word far and wide and let everyone (and I mean everyone!) know about this meet as I want this to be another ruddy good one... The Walton Bridge Breakfast Club is here and it's here for people like you!

See you there (I hope!)...

Hi Guys & Gals, on Sunday 5th me and a group of the ghostbusters went to dulwich park for a screenin of the film at the request of the organiser it was free for us to enter and watch. after i asked if they thought about doing back to the future and they had a few years back, but when i said i was a member of the owners club he said next year he will try and get it on again. I said that I could probably get sum of the owners to bring they cars and park them round the screen it would be free food and drink for all the owners that brought a car along, and probably those that didn't too lol. But it will definitely be a good night out.

So was wondering how many would want to came along so I have a rough idea.

I Will keep you posted as i hear things.
