Hi Dean

I know this is all starting to sound like a 'stuck record' , but as NickT has pointed out, has your mechanic done a proper fuel pressure test ?, this will confirm if the part is faulty or not. No point of spending hard earned cash on parts you dont need bud .

In no way as detailed as NickT s 'How to' in the back of the last mag but of some use all the same :-

BTW All:-

There will be a fuel pressure test kit available for use at Eurotec. Along with a demonstration session on this.

Hi Dean

With respect to the guys you have taken your car too , they really dont know what they are doing. All its doing is giving you frustration and costing time and money at the moment.

The tests are very simple and instantly tell you 'whats up'

Can you see if there is anyone around you who knows the K-Jet system and can rig up a fuel pressure guage to your car to do these tests? If i was a bit nearer i would have gladly taken a look.
