Rich Hanlon/Dicky H, if one of you are going on set-up day, can you take the calendars with you?

Certainly, no problem.

Hi all, so the current status is that I can make it for the setup, and for Friday and Sunday, but I am not available on the Saturday. Hoope that's ok.

I may make it on the afternoon with my younger son but it's be as a member of the public to look round the show as a whole. Obviously the car will remain on stand throughout!

Unfortunately Mike & Mary are unable to attend for the weekend so any help would be more than welcome.

If you need help I was planning on going on Sunday with my son, so could help out then, or if needed I could do Saturday as well.

We'll be there on the Sunday as usual, so can help out that day.

If Mike and Mary are not going, are arrangements being made for the Regalia? I assume
Mary will forward Chris or myself her Regalia Account report for the AGM?

I'm going to bring as much as I can but am really going to struggle with one vehicle. I'm sure Mary will be on top of the regalia account but I suspect there's not a lot to report on anyway after the last 18 months!

Late to the thread but I am attending all weekend having secured my hotel earlier in the year and of course available to help setup and man the stand.
Chris: I can bring car (either DMC or regular) if you need extra stuff bringing up on the Thursday. Convoy up?

I've spoken to Mary on the phone, she's going in for a hip operation this Thursday, hence why
her and Mike will be unable to attend this year. I'll ask her to send me her (final) Regalia report
for the AGM and I'll read it out on her behalf.

We got back about 6.30pm from the NEC, it was great to see so many friends old and new
today, including 'Bushtucker' Dan Howarth.

The stand looked great, and we were all kept busy selling regalia and other items and talking
to members and visitors to the stand.

The AGM, whilst sadly sparsely attended, was a good discussion, and lots of ideas were put forward
for a Club weekend event in 2022, which Chris, myself, and Rich Hutchinson are going to follow up on,
and we will report further in due course.

Hope everyone got home okay, I'm now off for a stiff brandy, purely medicinal of course, I've got a
sore throat from talking to so many people today  Wink

Top weekend once again, worth the 2 year gap!
Got stuck in stationery traffic for an hour on the M1 on the way back but apart from that all safe and sound.
