Fuel pump cover
#1
Hi All!

I need to re-attach my fuel pump cover but not one screw/fastener is still in place so I'm not sure what I'm looking for. I cant find anything on the schematics online which indicate what type of fastener is used.

Any help appreciated.

Had to order a fuel sender today!

Also managed to fix the mirror switch (all the bearings and bars were still in bottom of the door or the switch housing so super lucky!). A couple of hours of patience and all good!

Thanks!

Thomas.

If it's the fuel pump boot lid you mean:

Then it's held in place with one of these big clips:

Ah!

It's the DeLorean favourite fastner type. The good old rivnut sort. I think M5 size with pozi pan head screws and washers screwed through.
