I was asked the other day who holds the title and I have no idea.
I believe some of the Legend Twin Turbo aftermarkets like Nico (250bhp?) or Cineman's 3L PRV custom Twin Turbo are pushing 270bhp and suspect that is at the flywheel and not the wheels...
Anyone know?
