Yes Chris, "DeLorean Fever" you know ;-)
But mainly project cars I imported from the US in serious need of restoration, but at least they're saved.
And yes, they're for sale.

All of 6 are for sale?
Do you have a manual for sale which need a big restoration?
A French guy might be interested.
Can't find any picture on your facebook page?
Thanks!

Stian,

there are plenty of people looking for cars to do up over here, maybe you
could post details of the cars you have for sale on this site?

First, Robert is correct, I live in Norway (in the south I might add!) right between the big cities Stavanger and Kristiansand :-)

Domi & Chris - All that would be required would be for any of you to drive through Continental Europe, take the ferry from Hirtshals, Denmark to Kristiansand, Norway and remember to bring a trailer ;-)

As for the "red tape", there's a Customs Office in Kristiansand, so you would only have to hand in the former import papers in order to export the car out of the country again ;-)

Yes, I will take photos in due course, and post the "for sale" info here.
Right now, all the cars are stored in a warehouse, I won't be able to take photos until I have access to it later this summer when my new garage is finished and some of the cars will be moved there.

I see it as my mission to rescue as many cars as I can from the US, and get them back to Europe ;-)
Hopefully someone would like a project car!

That seems a very noble thing to do Big Grin

Yes there is a list of people looking for project cars and at least they would stay in Europe!

Its something I've often thought about doing, if only I had a large storage building. (and the time to organise it)

Very well done Stian, I couldn't agree more with all the comments. We need more project cars in Europe, the demand for them will only increase as the years roll on, as will their values.

And yes, I know its not about the money, but If you are fortunate enough to have a bit of spare money, its far better off invested this way, than in some dodgy bank!……and you can have the fun of wandering around them, looking at them and wondering when their time will come, to be joining the rest of our "Silver Beauties" at some future gathering, somewhere in Europe.

Your comment is really "spot-on" Chris!

I hate seeing DeLoreans being parted out in the US. I'll try and save as many as I can. I won't be making any money out of it, just hoping to get back my initial investment. I will sell them at a price only to cover my expenses. I just love picking up these rare cars, so I won't even charge the time I have spent :-)

Next ones down the pipeline to Norway are # 2017, # 16647 and # 6833

Where did you find them?
I don't remember seeing this VIN number on eBay for example.

Domi - One of them was actually on Ebay, the others found via Google, DMC Talk and Craigslist among other used car dealer internet sites.

Also, I always send a message to any Ebay seller who is selling off DeLorean parts. Chances are high that the seller has a non-running DeLorean in his backyard he's parting out. A few times, they have been willing to sell the complete car.
