I'm working on a replica base Steve, just doing little bits as time allows- I've got the scaled plans of the time machine on my wall for inspiration! 8)

I'd love to be able to understand that post but I don't, and won't even bother trying to decrypt it. It appears to be written in w@nkish, a historic but short lived language by cavemen.

Sorry not. A owner more why build a car and add stuff that's totally wrong and owner could wash it out just very strange why it would be there in the 1st place, thats why I said maybe the ghostbusters had been near it
Steve, do you realise that no one else actually cares about the minuscule differences on these cars?
99% of joe public who see these replicas aren't going to know that this bolt is a few mm out compared to the screen used car, or that there is some green slime in the back of the Mr Fusion which wasn't present in the movie. All they will be thinking is 'oh my god, look! it's the car from back to the future! awesome!'

No, just no... Comments about others peoples pride and joys is NOT ok or 'one thing', especially when it's from a) someone you aren't friends with, and b) in EVERY SINGLE POST somebody makes.

I come here to socialize and talk to people who have passion for these cars, not to see business men talk down everything and everyone, in order to secure a booking. Every time I log on and see a BTTF thread, I know with 100% certainty, that you will throw a dig post in there for no apparent reason, then say I 'attack' when I get infuriated. You're a very special breed..

It's evident that you're not going to get banned on your only surviving D forum, so if I have to take it into my own hands occasionally then so be it. Everyone saw your constant abuse/strange fetish with me on Facebook and Twitter a while back. There's a perfectly good reason that you have been banned from eurotec and dmctalk, along with other forums and I haven't.

Now jog on and stop crying the poor tale.

bttf car Wrote:...but what I do thinks members on here should care about is the abusive attacks and words someone is using on here, which breaks forum rules with an instant ban. Nice for people that join up, I would hope this is delt with my senior staff.
So if you could, please explain why you feel the need to make snide remarks about other peoples car (namely Lukes car) in pretty much all of your posts?

I have also seen the barrage posts you have made on twitter in which you have made snide remarks and tagged Lukes username.

But on the subject of ban's, isn't blatant advertising also a ban-able offence?

I notice from recent images you have posted that the file names are done in such a way to obviously try and improve your search engine results, here are some examples below:

Part of the reason I haven't signed onto the forum in a couple of months is because I'm sick of seeing crap like this all. What is it with BTTF replica owners and not being able to get on? Just enjoy you car's and leave each other alone, who gives a crap if some minuscule item isn't exactly the same as it was in the film.

Have you ever stopped and thought that it's just because he's a decent person and hates your constant nonsense? A few others have done the same thing without my asking. I couldn't give a monkeys about doing even one event a year, my pleasure comes from driving it so I'm even more confused why you have to be a numpty. I'd say ask Brian to show you how many I've sent him his way as I can't be bothered traveling, but we've spoken a few times on the phone, he doesn't want to get involved and I don't blame him. You wanted a £50 referral fee!!! I quote 'I'm a business man'...

OFF TOPIC........

I have www.deloreanhire.com on my signature, and there's a very good reason for it...

The reason is in the title of the website...

Delorean hire...

I'm sure if a stock delorean is required, then the kind website owner would locate the nearest stock delorean to the person who requires it and pass details on without fee or favour...

As for the other website address, that explains itself too....

But that only covers time machines, and I have not got one of them, so it's of no interest to me... If I wasn't a delorean owner and I wanted to hire a stock delorean for a special event, it wouldn't take a genius to decide the most likely website in order to fulfill my requirements...

Very confusing but very obvious....

Loving the Mr Fusion Replica by the way!

With Luke's permission I have removed the offensive postings, for one simple reason: this forum is used by minors and therefore such language is unacceptable. Please keep this on topic until more appropriate action can be taken.

Thanks for the compliments guys, I never thought a simple post could cause so much friction!
I think everyone should take a chill pill and focus on the merits of the time machine and it's unique part in movie history-after all, it is a DeLorean! 8)

Nice work Brian, I too have made one of these and I would love to make the base for it, I would be interested in purchasing the casts if someone makes them first.

Sorry to see this thread hijacked by two bitter Individuals...we're all sick of the 'mine is better than yours' rubbish. Take it outside....the forum!
