Well I eventually got the side windows out . Hopefully I will never be involved in taking out another window ever again - what a pain. After trying numerous ways of trying to cut through the black silicon I found the easiest way was to heat the silicon up with a hair dryer and then cut through it with a Stanley knife. 3 hours, 7 blades and knackered hands later the windows are all out
Thanks Luke, although, would you believe that I moved them while doing the windows and dropped them outside on concrete. Unfortunately they are all scratched now :-( I reckon Doc brown must have dropped something while doing his conversion so I have decided that my will have the battered, dropped, used effect :-)
