Clutch Slave Cylinder Bleed valve
#1
Hey folks. Does anyone know if it is possible to buy separately, a clutch slave cylinder bleed nipple/valve without having to buy a whole slave cylinder?

I had plan to have my clutch and brake fluid changed during the week, but the garage guys used a hydraulic fluid tester on each reservoir. Both came up green (traffic light system) and therefore don't need changing yet. The main guy went on to say that the bleed nipple for the clutch felt (not looked) very corroded and rusty, meaning it might sheer off, or be jammed completely. He said he would not be willing to attempt to loosen it off without some sort of backup to allow him to recover from breaking the existing nipple if this is what ends up happening. So just asking the question. Or is it better just to have a complete slave cylinder to hand for the time the fluid DOES need changing?
