2835 is now owned by Ed at Delorean Europe and once the dust settles on my life I will get stuck into 2456.

Now my house is back together and I am back at home I have made a start on 2456. Today Thomas called round and we disconnected the rest from the chassis ready for lifting the body off. Once the blocks are delivered we will split the two and progress the restoration.

Hi Matt,

Good to hear from you on the Furum again.

You gotta tell me more about the garage in the photo's

There's some interesting cars in there.

356, Xk150, E-types, MG, Early SL, and what looks like a Wolseley or early Rover.

Kind regards
D

Getting there! One thing though, your going to have to get the body high enough to clear the engine so you can roll the chassis out. If you'd put the car in front first you wouldn't have to get the body as high, just enough to clear the gear lever and roll it out backwards.

The plan is to take the engine out into the workshop area in the rear of the garage and mount it on a stand so shouldn't be too much of a problem I hope.
