I've got a decent folding trestle table it could sit on (as well as a spare mac mini) but that would require power which is probably the bigger issue?

The IKEA ones were sort of a worst case option as they are cheap - and lockable with a bit of modifying - but not really designed to be taken apart or moved around. I don't really know what the option...
