As ironic as it sounds, I knew him of old, and was shocked when I realised what had happened in respect of his health. I took my DeLorean to his house as he requested via email, and his lotus was in pieces at that time. Then less than 2 months later, I seen him and the car at Abergavenny steam rally, and it had come a long way in a short time! Club dedication is a certainty in this case.
