Can someone confirm the official torque settings for the wheel nuts please.

80Nm (60Lbft) according the the old DMC manual ...

Never found that tight enough myself. I’ve always tightened to 100Nm. Never had an issue at that, although still found a couple come loose after 50-100 miles when rechecking. Never come loose after that recheck though.

Advise you do the same, and check after a bit of mileage (every time you take the wheels off)

Must admit I've always just done mine 'tight-tight', i can't say I've ever referred to the book figure!

Two vein...just short of one chest flutter.... Rolleyes....been doing the same today on my Vitz 4X4.
