As above; I'm struggling to find a definitive yes or no. Mine need doing, or chucking. If they're chucked, the replacement costs is more than an engine (of similar vintage.. not a PRV persay).

I would suggest that you cant re-bore them, but I would think there would be no issue with re-honing them. I have on many occasion and have not had any one bring an engine back yet! That's part and parcel of any re-build on any engine.
Normally liners/pistons are sold as matching sets.
