Metering Head - DMCNI - 11 Sep 2013

Would anyone have a working metering head for sale?

Vin 1780 wont idle as the current one is seized and my mechanic has tried all options to get it working. I have made enquiries about getting my current one refurbed just want to check if theres a working one a available before I go down the refurb route.

Thanks

David

Remove the primary pressure regulator and its O-rings, then stick it in the oven at 120 for half an hour. The plunger should come free.

Chris, I was speaking to KMI yesterday regards the refurb, if the oven trick fails they are my next port of call. Thomas recommended them to me Smile

I get the feeling I will be a bit of a hermit the next few months and the overtime king in work.... Tongue

They are very good and usually do a quick turnaround. If Martins trick does not work, I have found using Acetone very good at dissolving all the crap in them as well, well worth dunking it in a bath of it first.
