The Delorean Pog's - DMCNI - 20 Jun 2013 Forgive me if this is a repost, I did a quick search and nothing appeared... I was informed of the following website http://www.deloreanpogs.com/. Its a webpage that is able to provide the details of the work carried out on the cars that went to the Quality Assurance Centres in America. All work was carried out by the Delorean Pogs (they looked like pigs but worked like dogs), Ensuring that the cars all met the required standards before they went to the dealerships. Very interesting website, that may provide the answer to why certain things are the way they are with your car. Re: The Delorean Pog's - Chris P - 21 Jun 2013 Very interesting, never seen much information about these centres before. They had a reputation in Dunmurry of, " taking the wheels off ..... to make sure the nuts were tight" ! Ridiculously defending due to the dislike for criticism. I looked up my VIN, but alas no details. Re: The Delorean Pog's - Guinney1971 - 23 Jun 2013 same here, nothing on #2292 or #6772 Re: The Delorean Pog's - Stuart Rees - 24 Jun 2013 Some rare footage has just surfaced on youtube... Re: The Delorean Pog's - Rich Hanlon - 24 Jun 2013 I recognise Ronald Ferguson, standing, 2nd from right. (DOA man) Any more? Re: The Delorean Pog's - Chris P - 25 Jun 2013 Hell of a test of nerves and clutches! Re: The Delorean Pog's - JohnC - 25 Jun 2013 What a great internet find ! The website link has the parts used in only on QAC, and regretably not the one mine went through. However if you browse through the list of parts used seemingly they were putting parts onto low VINs in 1982 (522, 730 etc).. that would have confused observant people suddenly seeing gas flaps reappear ? Re: The Delorean Pog's - Stuart Rees - 25 Jun 2013 Just noticed at 5 seconds into the video, it looks like a tan coloured Bricklin parked up next to the Deloreans! Re: The Delorean Pog's - Chris P - 25 Jun 2013 I'm not sure its a Brickling Stuart. .........BTW, Barrie Wills worked for Malcolm Brickling before DeLorean!
