Right Hand Drive DeLorean recently sold - Jonny Jones - 17 Feb 2007
Hi everybody. Talking to a girl I know on MSN tonight and she said her Mum, who owned a RHD DeLorean, recently sold it for around £20k. Just posting to see if anybody knows anything about it, the new owner or anything? I asked her where her Mum lived and she simply said 'somewhere up North' - so yeah, anybody know anything? Apparently her Mum sold it as the kids in her area were beating the car's panels - how harsh, sounds like its the kids that needed a hiding! :x
Also, apparently the person who bought it, their surname is something like Renoyld? - Maybe Reynold?
EDIT - Apparently the guy who bought it was looking for a 'crap' car to do up and sell on for a profit... who buys a 20k DeLorean and considers it a 'crap' car?!

not saying it couldn't be true, but sometimes i take things with a pinch of salt.
i spoke to someone a couple of years ago who claimed he knew a right hand drive for sale, when i enquired with him he claimed it had mysteriously been sold for...£2700.
when i said who too/where etc (so i could chase after and make an offer!).
he mysteriously could not trace the seller/new owner etc or tell me the exact location
i think perhaps it was a scirroco!, or he thought if he has one then i'll claim i know of one etc.
now happened twice!.

Ahh right, no but she really has sold a RHD DeLorean hehe, just the details arent great as the girl lives in Bordon, near me, and her Mum lives up north, so I guess we'll never know!
