Battle of Britain Event, Sat 17th September - Guinney1971 - 03 Aug 2011 We have been invited to have a display of DeLorean cars at this event by the Lincs Aviation Heritage Centre. Apparantly the dog fight between a Supermarine Spitfire and a Messerschmit 109E is spectacular, including explosions going off round the airfield. The day also includes 2 taxi runs by an Avro Lancaster bomber. http://www.lincsaviation.co.uk/events/o ... y-2011.htm Anybody fancy it? Admission price is £5.50 per car. Re: Battle of Britain Event, Sat 17th September - Guinney1971 - 17 Sep 2011 top day out, fantastic weather, great aircraft displays and at the end of it Phill, Dave and myself got to do a photo shoot with our DeLoreans and the Lancaster Bomber. I'll post a link to the photos (and hopfully some videos) once I've uploaded them. We had 5 De's in total, so not a bad showing for an event this late in the show season.
