Paul, if you look closely you can see some slight wiring weaknesses in the installation:

BeeHatch!

Well...the original plan was something like this.....

But I decided to tuck it all away and put it all where the bass speaker is.

This is excellent work Paul......

I see no harm with bringing any car up to date as long as it's reversable, and a computer in a car has got to be one of the most ultimate in upgrades.

Well done in keeping the look original... Smile

Ben.

PS, I kinda remember you at the NEC in 2005 with tinted rear cluster covers.... Do you still have these? The bonus with them was that they were removable if needs be.....

I think James Russell Grant had something to do with them:

Personally i dont tihnk you can beat the rear lights as they are, it is one of the cars defining features Smile

I agree..... but this is a bit like dressing dolls, so you can therefore change the look of your D in an instant without drilling, or making permanant changes. Not everyones cup of tea I know....... but anyone who knows me also knows I just have to play....... Tongue

Yeah, im all up for keeping the concourse look (he says cutting chunks out of the dash!), but with velcro fitting rear light covers...you cant go wrong!
Hope santa brings me some ! Smile

I like the smoked front and rear light covers too - would love a set - law and funds allowing Smile
