Just been looking for sound effects for my computer and found this site. Full of .wav files of quotes from the film. Theres also a zip file full of effects - mostly the button tones from the keypad in the car.

i do have all the sounds know loaded into a computer in the bttf car and the door noise works when both doors are openerd this unit is not the one you anc buy from the states as they are nut very loud at all
