WIRING HICCUP!! |

I wonder if someone would be so kind as to assist me with a wire hook-up problem as I'm a little unsure.
(1) There is a red-banded white wire which the wiring diagram says goes to the starter solenoid but there seems to be no connection point for this wire. There is, however, two blue/yellow wires which clip into a single plug which plugs into a single wire coming from the back of the starter.
(2) The wiring diagram also states that a white/brown wire goes to the oil pressure gauge sender, but I don't seem to have a white/brown wire. I certainly have a white/yellow wire which connects to the rear of the alternator but no white/brown wire.
(3) Lastly, there is a black wire with a red band which branches-off the harness against the engine compartment bulkhead. Can someone please assisst with the connection point of this wire.
Might be easier if I could possibly be sent some digital pics of the wiring set-up behind the starter, alternator and the oil pressure gauge sender.
Please go to the 'Topics Section' of www.ozdelorean.com to see pics of the wires in question.
Thanking you in anticipation. Luscious.

Hi Everyone,
The guy I got my car from said that the when he got it, he was told the radio hadnt functioned for years. Before I write the thing off and buy another is there anything other than a fault within the radio itself that could be stopping it from working? I thought pehaps there may be a seperate fuse for the radio?
If I do change it which I plan to in the long run anyway with a cd, how do I get it out? I think its bolted on behind the console area, am I right?
Cheers, Happy mums day to any mums out there!

hi
just wondered if anyone has done this....a pig to do but nearly there.
now got the old one off, and have the new one form Ed at dmc europe.
but they look pretty different, holes, brackets.
the bolt position on the 'knuckle' looks different.
has anyone fitted these?.
just that i did not want to force the new one into place, only to find it does not fit.
it looks as its its off a different car!. i thought it would be a direct sawp.
thanx for any help.

Hi All,
I am trying to stock up with as many parts as possible in order to ensure we have plenty of parts for the future most important are body panels and interior parts.
So if you know of anyone that has parts hiding in there garage or attic give me a PM or call me on the below number.
I will pay a fair price for all parts.
Man I have an expensive hobby !!
