Really pleased to say magazine 85 arrived from the printers today and has been posted out today. Hopefully will be with most people by the weekend. Apologies for the delay in this Matt has been really busy with work but we hope to get back on track this year. There are some really good articles in this mag so I'm sure you will enjoy it.
As ever the more contributions we have the easier it is to get the mags out

British Motor Show, Farnborough 20-23 August 2020
Posted by: Chris Williams - 09 Jan 2020, 11:19 - Forum: Southern England - No Replies

Good Evening

I spoke to one of your colleagues and picked up your details following my visit to the Classic car show at the NEC and wanted to drop you some details about the British Motor Show, which i’m extremely proud to say is returning in 2020 and being hosted at Farnborough International in August.

The show is going to be like no other Motor Show seen before. Not only will the show be dynamic with some great interactive exhibits and displays but unlike other shows, we will be focussing on the past, present and future of motoring.

Our Classic and Owners halls will be filled with some of the great vehicles of Motor show from the past that have helped create car fans throughout the UK and we would love to invite you to join us and display at the show.

Not only will you be able to display some of the great cars your members have, but we can also offer dynamic involvement in the arena parades, display parking for your members and discounted club tickets to the event. In fact, i would be delighted to work with you to tailor your involvement to something unique.

Working with a team from within the automotive industry i’m really excited to be bringing this famous name back and it would be great if you were able to join us.

More details can be found in the attached pdf and i would be happy to jump on a call or head up and chat to your team about the show if this would help?

Hopefully you are able to join us, I look forward to hearing back soon.

All the best

Andy

KMS Motorshow, Birchington Kent 25/26th July 2020
Posted by: Chris Williams - 09 Jan 2020, 11:13 - Forum: South East - No Replies

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to invite you and your club on behalf of KEDA Event Solutions to join us next year at our annual car and bike event, the KMS Motorshow. Our show will be taking place on the 25th and 26th of July 2020 at Quex Park in Birchington, Kent and we would love to see as many members of your club attend as possible.

Camping is free and your club is welcome stay at the showground from 12:00PM on Friday 24th July till 12:00PM on Monday 27th July with entertainment running throughout the weekend such as action-packed arena displays, live music, static vehicle displays, fairground, trade village and much more. There will also be quality evening entertainment including our competition “I’m a petrolhead, get me out of here!”, where car and bike clubs compete against each other for prizes and a chance to win the petrolhead cup.

Vehicles can be booked into the show via our website http://www.kedamotorshow.com except for bookings with over 20 vehicles which must be taken over the phone. Your club members don’t all have to book at once either. If you chose to book individually, we will make a note of which club you are part of and will group your members together when it comes to allocating you a position at the showground.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch. More details about the show can be found on the flyer attached. We hope to see you there. After all, the more the merrier!

Kind Regards,

Keenan Tait | The KMS Team

YORKSHIRE MOTORSPORT FESTIVAL

26TH – 28TH JUNE 2020

This is a wonderful opportunity to attend a new and exciting Festival of Motorsport in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside near Holmfirth.

Julia Bradbury is the Festival’s host and will be on hand to meet with you and you’re Club Members.

We are anticipating visitor numbers in excess of 30,000 and a good deal of friendly rivalry which we are prepared for by having prizes for the best presented Car Club which is a perennial trophy and will be presented by Julia on Sunday.

There is also a prize for the best single car in each car club. The winner will receive a bottle of champagne.

Camping is available on the campsite, and we can organise it so you’re able to camp together.

Please Book your requirements by going to the website.

SECURITY will be on the field throughout the festival 24/7. No access to the field is allowed between 8pm until 7am.
