Managed to grab this off eBay. 

Cost me more to frame than it cost but quite pleased with the result. 

Its an architectural drawing showing conduits and power to one of the training facilities which looks like its next to the factory. 

Really nice

I think that is the old carpet warehouse, which was soon turned into the admin block, reception and workshop underneath.
