Hi All,
I have been following the rebuilding of a crashed Lotus Evora on YouTube
channel B is for Build. He is based in Portland in the USA.
Chris the lad who is rebuilding the car is making good progress.
It's a amazing transformation so far from the wreak he started with.

However in his latest video Chris revealed he has been scammed regarding
a new roof skin and windscreen. Both these items are apparently unavailable
from Lotus.

I know we had a few Lotus contacts in the Club. If anyone can help with those
two components contact Chris.

That's bad, happens to everyone now it seems Sad

Surprising those bits are not available for such a new vehicle.

I was surprised on the windscreen availability . And it appears a comunication break down between Chris at B is for Build and Lotus USA or dealer there of. Chris should have tried another dealer.
Lesson learned.

To cut a long story short Chris got a call from Lotus's CEO that there are 20 Evora Windscreens sitting in the US warehouse. And the roof is also available. Nice customer service from Lotus. Cool
